Between 2001 and 2004 a descriptive and comparative investigation of the benthic macro-infauna in 17 pockmarks and 10 reference locations outside pockmarks in Passamaquoddy Bay-Bay of Fundy- was made. This dataset contains the locations of the grab samples for each pockmark in the study area, the taxon abundance identified in each sample and the georeferenced video transect from 2004 using a towcam- an underwater, bottom referencing vehicle on which floodlights, analogue video- and digital still-camera were mounted.

Entre 2001 et 2004, un examen descriptif et comparatif portant sur la macrofaune benthique dans 17 marques d’échappement et 10 sites de référence à l’extérieur de marques d’échappement dans la baie de Passamaquoddy (baie de Fundy) a été réalisé. Cet ensemble de données comprend les lieux d’échantillonnage ponctuel de chaque marque d’échappement au sein de la zone d’étude, l’abondance des organismes selon leur taxon mesurée pour chaque échantillon, et le transect vidéo géoréférencé de 2004 obtenu par TowCam : un véhicule de relevé de fond sous-marin muni de projecteurs, d'une caméra vidéo analogique et d'un appareil photo numérique.
