Service Description: Staffed and surplus lighthouses that have been designated under the Heritage Lighthouse Protection Act. The dataset includes two major categoryies: 38 lighthouses designated heritage facilities under the HLPA and remain in DFO’s inventory; and 51 lighthouses designated heritage facilities under the HLPA and have been transferred to third-party acquirers.
Phares dotés en personnel et excédentaires désignés comme phares patrimoniaux sous la Loi sur la Protection des Phares Patrimoniaux. Le jeu de données est composé de 38 sites qui ont été désignés et qui demeurent parmi l'inventaire du MPO ainsi que de 51 phares qui ont été transférés à des acquéreurs tiers.
